What this website collects

This website does not store the information you type. When you use the appointment form or the Tax Navigator, your phone's messaging app or your email app opens with the message ready, and you decide whether to send it. We only receive what you send us.

The website does not use advertising cookies or sell any information. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site.

Information you give us as a client

To prepare your return we need personal and financial information, such as identification, income documents and bank details for your refund. We use it only to provide the services you ask for, and we share it only with the IRS, state agencies or others when required to file your return or when you authorize it in writing.

Federal law limits how tax return preparers may use and disclose tax return information. We do not sell your information.

Sending documents

Please do not send Social Security numbers, ITINs, bank numbers or tax documents by text message, WhatsApp, social media or our website forms. Ask your preparer for the authorized channel to deliver documents.
