IFTA · Florida carriers
Your IFTA, filed every quarter.
Type your USDOT number and the miles and gallons by state from your ELD and fuel card. TaxPros does the IFTA math, files your return in Florida’s ICFS portal and tells you when it’s paid — in English or Spanish.

Questions
Do I need an IFTA license?
If you run a qualified vehicle (over 26,000 lbs or 3+ axles) across state lines, yes. No license yet? We apply for you with Florida (form HSMV 85008).
When is IFTA due?
Every quarter: April 30, July 31, October 31 and January 31. When that day falls on a weekend, it moves to the next business day.
How is the tax paid to Florida?
Since October 1, 2026, Florida only takes IFTA returns online in ICFS, with the payment. We set it up with you by phone. We never ask for bank numbers, passwords or your ICFS login in the app.
I’m behind on my returns
We catch you up: $99 per past-due quarter. Florida charges $50 or 10% of the tax, whichever is greater, plus interest; the app shows it before you sign.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any month. There is no contract and no setup fee; your plan runs until the end of the period you paid.
